Details of the move: Peter's responsibility is to create, maintain and develop customer relationships within the resources and energy sectors. In delivering customer satisfaction, he will identify client business support needs and bring together as a team, the appropriate people, skills and resources to deliver optimum project and long term business objectives.
A Short Biography: Peter has over 20 years of technical, operational and business development management experience, within the resources and energy infrastructure sectors. He has been on Owners, Consultants and Contractors teams and delivers the benefit of experience in understanding the broader vision of the essential business objectives in relation to delivery of project outcomes. Peter has directed feasibility studies from conceptual stage through to bankable studies, as well as managing engineering services through FEED, detail design and commissioning then closure. He has practical experience in delivering a variety of procurement structures, including major Alliance contracts. Commencing from a technical engineering discipline, Peter has progressed through his career transitioning from technical, project management to current business unit management. Peter has held project and operational team leadership positions for up to 250 staff and delivering a substantial annual P&L turnover. Peter is experienced in the successful formulation of strategic and tactical business plans, budgets and forecasts as well as holding accountability for the consequent operational financial management and delivery of these plans. He has solid experience and formal training in financial modelling and planning.
