Corporate Change Manager

 

Brisbane City Council has entered one of the most exciting transformation periods in its corporate history. We are focusing on improving programs and activities, sustainable cost reduction initiatives and process improvements. To achieve this we are developing six key transformational projects and over 60 change projects. Our Corporate Change Manager will have significant transformational change experience combined with a background of activity in a large organisation. This will have equipped them with the ability to identify potential impacts, strategise solutions, negotiate and liaise at the highest levels, and be an inspiring and influential leader who thrives on challenge.

 

The Corporate Change Manager will:

 

•  lead the development of best practice organisational change frameworks
•  develop strategies to manage the impact of organisational change, providing advice to senior managers
•  implement a cross programme change impact assessment framework
•  assist business managers to embed organisational change, realising project and programme benefits.

 

As the Corporate Change Manager for Council you will have the opportunity to lead in one of the largest, most complex, high profile organisational changes currently being undertaken in Australia. As a senior appointment within Council the Corporate Change Manager will receive an executive salary and benefits package.
