The AIPM is governed by a Board of Directors which is elected by Members of the Institute.  Directors serve for a two year period.
The Board consists of:

• The National President
• Three National Directors
• AIPM Chapter Presidents

In odd numbered years the Membership elects the President and the three National Directors, and in even numbered years the Chapter Presidents are elected.

At the 2008 AGM, several amendments were made to the Constitution. The Constitution is available for download.

The 2009 - 2012 AIPM Strategic Plan is now available for Members to download.

Governance Committee

Members who have Governance matters which they would prefer not to refer to the General Manager, may in the first instance contact in writing, the Chair of the Governance who will take the matter to the Governance Committee for further consideration.
