Jacobi, John
John is an experienced adult learning facilitator with over 20 years of training and assessing experience under the Australian Qualification Framework and the AIPM RegPM scheme. He has completed assessments of project managers across a range of industries from government departments (at levels - Federal, State/Territory and Local), business professionals, IT through to numerous Project Management focused companies and consultancies. John has undertaken individual and group assessments, including assessing PMs who work on commercially sensitive and/or classified projects. He holds a Top Secret security clearance. He is an AIPM accredited assessor for Defence personnel. He aims to make the assessment process an enjoyable and facilitated learning experience. He was a member of the AIPM team that developed the Department of Defence (Defence Materiel Organisation) Project Management Competency Framework. John is presently the ACT Chapter Councilor responsible for Assessment Issues. John is the Principal of AxSys Pty Ltd, a Canberra based consultancy company that provides specialist expertise in contracting, procurement and project management to industry and all levels of Government. He has been actively engaged in managing all aspects of complex and strategic projects in government and industry since 1989.
